Who this is for

Different budgets, different constraints, same problem: technology that has to keep working without a technician on payroll.

Small business

Under thirty staff, no internal IT. Downtime costs you money directly, so response time matters more than the lowest hourly rate.

Nonprofits

Often running donated and mixed-age equipment on a fixed budget. Repair and careful reuse stretch a grant much further than replacement does.

Public agencies and districts

Certified vendor, purchase orders and net terms, and a capability statement ready to go. See the procurement details.

Three ways we reach you

No ticket queue and no call centre. Every job runs through one of three routes, and we tell you which one yours needs before anything starts.

Remote

Remote support

From $79

Screen share from wherever your staff are. Software troubleshooting, account and email problems, configuration, and anything that does not need hands on the hardware.

A $49 remote diagnostic applies where a diagnosis is needed first, and it is credited toward approved remote service.

Best for account lockouts, email and login problems, malware, and software that stopped cooperating.

On site

On site tech support

$149 first hour

We come to your office or site. The first hour and the travel inside the standard service area are both included in the price.

After the first hour, $99 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments at $49.50.

Best for networking, Wi-Fi, printers, workstation setup, installations, and business IT.

Pickup and return

Pickup and return repair

$49 all in

We collect the device, diagnose it, quote it, do the work in a controlled workspace with the right tools and proper testing time, and bring it back finished.

The diagnostic is included in the $49. Decline the repair and $49 is all you owe.

Best for screens, batteries, fans, drives, memory, internal cleaning, and any repair that means opening the machine.

Pickup and return is $49 inside the standard service area and the diagnostic is included in it. On approved repairs of $249 or more the $49 is credited toward the repair, so it costs you nothing. See exactly what you pay.

Exactly what you pay

Including what happens if you hear the quote and decide against the repair, which is the part most shops leave you to find out at the counter.

Pickup and return

Pickup and return

The fee
$49 inside the standard service area. It covers collection, the diagnostic evaluation, and the return trip.
If you decline the repair
You owe $49 and nothing else. We bring the device back either way.
If you approve the repair
You pay the quoted repair price, plus parts where applicable.
On repairs of $249 or more
The $49 is credited toward the repair, so pickup and return effectively costs you nothing.
One condition
The $49 is non refundable once the device has been collected.

Remote

Remote support

Remote service
From $79.
Remote diagnostic
$49 where a diagnosis is needed first, credited toward approved remote service.
If it cannot be fixed remotely
We tell you before the clock starts, and we move you to on site or pickup and return instead.

Parts are always quoted separately and never ordered without your approval.

You do not need an IT department. You need someone who answers.

Most offices under thirty people cannot justify a full-time technician, so technology problems land on whoever is least busy. That is expensive in a way that never shows up on an invoice. We are the alternative: a real technician, on call, at a rate you can budget for.

The person behind the work

Not a counter.
Not a call center.
Charell.

Every job runs through founder Charell Williams, from the first diagnosis to the final test. You are not routed to a queue and you do not re-explain your setup to a new technician each time.

Before TechSavvy, Charell worked as a field technician for the Edmonds School District and as a computer support specialist for the Northwest Educational Service District. That is public-sector technology support at scale: mixed-age equipment, tight budgets, staff who need the machine working now rather than an explanation of why it is not.

No surprise charges

You will receive a clear quote before work begins. Parts are quoted separately when required, and we will tell you when replacing a device makes more financial sense than repairing it.

Questions we get

We have no IT person. Can you just be who we call?

Yes, and that is most of our business support work. There is no contract required to start. Call when something breaks and we handle it at the rates on the pricing page. If the volume gets predictable enough that a monthly arrangement would save you money, we will tell you rather than wait for you to ask.

What does pickup and return cost?

Pickup and return is $49 inside the standard service area, and it is complimentary on qualifying repairs of $249 or more.

What if I get the quote and decide not to repair it?

On pickup and return you owe the $49 and nothing else, and we bring the device back either way. There is no separate diagnostic charge to argue about.

What areas do you serve?

Snohomish County and the surrounding area, including Stanwood, Marysville, Arlington, Everett, Lake Stevens, Camano Island.

Do you invoice, or do you need payment on the spot?

Businesses, nonprofits, and agencies are invoiced. We provide a W-9, accept purchase orders, and can work to net terms. Certification numbers are listed above if your organisation has supplier diversity reporting to satisfy.

Certified vendor

Certified through the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises and King County. Numbers are listed so you can verify them before you engage us.
